Terms & Conditions
Fisherman's Landing Online Reservation Terms and Conditions
1. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon the completion of this order. Once we receive and an authorization we will send you a confirmation email. You will ONLY receive confirmation if your credit card is successfully billed. You will notice a credit card charge on your statement from Fisherman's Landing. We require a minimum 50% deposit on all reservations upfront when all reservations are made. We reserve the right to charge a 3.5% convenience fee for all cancelled reservations.
2. We reserve the right to overbook our trips by one person to compensate for last minute cancellations.
3. Alcoholic beverages and ice chests with food or drink are not permitted unless specifically stated. NO GLASS BOTTLES.
4. Illegal drugs, firearms, or explosives of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person that appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive amounts of alcohol. Passengers are subject to being searched before entering the boat.
5. Due to possible increase in fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may be necessary.
6. Meal, gratuities, rental tackle, and mexican permits are not included unless otherwise stated. Mexican permits are included in most open party trips!
7. We usually catch fish but we do not guarantee that we will catch any fish. We do not issue rain checks for slow fishing.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY:
* HALF DAY TRIPS - Cancellation 24 HOURS before departure: Refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee. Option to become a floater upon request.
Cancellation within 24 HOURS: Made a floater unless spot is sold (refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee).
* FULL-DAY TRIPS & SIX PACK TRIPS - Cancellation 72 HOURS before departure: Refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee. Option to become a floater upon request. Cancellation within 72 HOURS: Made a floater unless spot is sold (refund eligible minus 3% processing fee).
* OVERNIGHT – 1.5 DAY TRIPS - Cancellation 10 DAYS before departure: Refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee. Option to become a floater upon request. Cancellation within 10 DAYS: No refund unless spot is sold (refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee).
* 2 OR 2.5 DAY TRIPS - Cancellation 2 WEEKS before departure: Refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee. Option to become a floater upon request. Cancellation within 2 WEEKS: No refund unless spot is sold (refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee).
* 3 & 4 DAY TRIPS - Cancellation 30 DAYS before departure: Refund eligible minus 3.5% processing fee. Option to become a floater upon request. Cancellation within 30 DAYS: Same as above.
9. Effective June 11, 2019 we are making some changes to the way we process payments. With every credit card transaction there will now be a small service fee. Previously this cost was built into our prices but due rising costs it needs to be factored separately. This service fee is 3.5% and is non-refundable.
10. All passengers will be required to have photo I.D. (Driver's license or passport).
11. Fisherman's Landing may send text messages related to the trip to the phone number associated with this reservation.
